NCSU’s GIS 520: Spatial Problem Solving course provided me with an introduction to spatial problem skills that I can use in my future employment. Understanding the geospatial analysis and spatial problem solving tools outlined in this portfolio will help me solve various problems in the environmental field such as evaluating mapping flood prone areas.
